Frequently asked questions

So how does the coaching actually work, what can I expect?

As every client and their needs are unique, so is the way in which I will coach them. Every client is required to complete various assessments, questionnaires and follow up interviews designed to give me the greatest scope on the client. Such as their history (their own and their family’s), their conscious and unconscious habits, etc.

From here a structured coaching plan will be built to elicit effective and manageable chain efficiently as possible whilst still allowing you keep to all your commitments.

And then of course coached through the program where you will be given tasks to complete outside of our sessions, nutritional guidance and reading lists to help with the transformations undertaken.

 

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, for real lasting change to take place there need to be commitment, not just time but energetically to. To commit to yourself, to become that change you desire. I have found through the years that a minimum time commitment of 15 weekly sessions helps to engrain the energetic commitment within you. Of course, the longer the commitment made by you, the greater the results tend to be.

 

Is this in person or online?

This is dependent upon the package you purchase and your location. For most of my clients we work online via Zoom. This has proven to be the most effective method and with the ability to record the video, you can always refer back to it for further insight. With regards to any physical assessment, this has to be done in person due to the technical nature and physical queuing required.
