This is our most in depth program we offer. In TBO we take you on the journey of physical mastery, in HLM we take on the journey of lifestyle mastery, in AWH we begin you on the journey that is true and complete mastery of you entire being and together we will work to bring you into true harmony. As this is the most in depth program we offer, there is a minimum commitment of 15 weeks (30 bi-weekly contact sessions) and every potential client will go through an application process to see if this is the right program for them. There are 3 stages of mastery. The first is mastery of the physical body and the internal environment, learning to move with the body, learning to integrate your body into your dream, learning how to bring your body into balance. The second is Mastery of your lifestyle, knowing what to surround yourself with, who to keep in your company, how people can serve you and you serve them, how to live harmoniously in your external environment. The third stage is mastery of the spiritual and energetic body. Brining you into one with the universe. What’s included: • Over 70 physical assessment tests to build the biggest picture of physical body. • Over several hours of assessment questionnaires and interviews to give us a better understanding of your internal physiology. • 30 bi-weekly 1 on 1 coaching sessions, either via zoom or in person so all your coaching can be done from the comfort of your own home. • A bespoke plan with regular reassessments every 6 weeks, to track progress and keep you on your path. • Accountability between session to help keep the focus. • Each session, you will be set specific action items to help reinforce the transformation you are undertaking. Including reading lists, external videos, etc. • A Completely unique corrective exercise plan for the next 15 weeks that is tailored to your needs, requirements and commitments. • A periodization plan so you never plateau or feel like you are not getting anywhere. • Nutritional guidance – when to eat, what to eat what type of inflammatory food to avoid, how to eliminate pesky food cravings and how to eat right for your metabolic type.
